Robin Goldstein and Daniel Sumner’s chapter, “The economic impact of state regulations and taxes on legal and illegal cannabis markets,” has been published in the new Routledge Handbook of Post-Prohibition Cannabis Research, edited by Dominic Corva and Josh Meisel of the Humboldt Institute for Interdisciplinary Marijuana Research.
